Apart from avoiding materials, ingredients and products containing gluten other matters to be considered are taste, nutrition factors, cross contamination and cost effective shopping. All these and other areas have their pitfalls however avoiding gluten and maintaining a balanced and healthy diet is not at all difficult and the whole subject should be approached with confidence.
