Definitions. Terms and Conditions means these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of any third party providers and terms stated or implied elsewhere in the Spindrift web site or on any documentation we might additionally provide. Customer means any person or organisation acquiring or agreeing to acquire any services from Spindrift at any price.

General Conditions By accepting our quotation Customer agrees to accept our Terms and Conditions.

All information passing between Customer and Spindrift Internet Services is to be held strictly in confidence by both parties unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Customer agrees to a link and logo to the Spindrift website appearing on their index page.

Customer agrees that Spindrift can freely advertise itself as the designer of customer's website.

Ownership Ownership of the site remains with the customer. Copyright to any original code or design remains with Spindrift Internet Services. Customer is licensed to operate one copy for his private purposes and to reuse the code i.e. to modify or change the design but only for the purpose of developing his website. If the website is so modified by either the customer or a third party then hosting agreements are assumed to have been cancelled.

Design and Hosting Quotations are valid for 30 days and are for a fixed price unless there is a material change in the customer's requirements before launch. In this case Spindrift reserves the right to charge an additional appropriate fee. When Customer accepts our quotation a non-refundable charge of £20 becomes due to cover the cost of domain registration.

When Spindrift has completed the work Customer has an opportunity to review the site operating on the internet and to confirm that it meets Customer's requirements.

On Customer approval all remaining fees become payable. The approved website will be launched when payment in full has been received.

Customer will be reminded annually by e-mail to renew hosting arrangements which must be paid within two weeks of our reminder. If renewal fees are not received before the due date then site operation will be suspended until payment is received. Customers are advised that there is no gaurantee that domain names will still be available if they are not renewed on time. Re-instatement of hosting arrangements will incur an administration fee.
