Operating Environment Customer is responsible for supplying all PC equipment, software and hardware used to view the site and deal with e-mails or enquiries arising from the site's operation and will normally set up their own e-mail accounts.

Spindrift's responsibility is strictly for the design of the site and for keeping the site live and operational. It is the customer's responsibility to promote and advertise the site. Spindrift Internet Services accepts no liability for the commercial success or any movement in search engine rankings achieved by any website. In particular customer agrees to accept liability for infringement of any trademark or copyright or any other proprietary right of any third party incurred inadvertantly by Spindrift Internet Services as a result of customer supplied content.

Hosting Spindrift Internet Services will provide adequate server space and bandwidth to meet the Customer's needs and gaurantees to achieve 99% minimum up-uptime.

Annual hosting arrangements include provision for two minor maintainance revisions per year. This means, for example, changes to address details, contact information, sales status, the correction of errors, change of image and so on. This provision does not include maintainance which in the sole opinion of Spindrift constitutes a major revision.

Termination of Hosting Customer may terminate hosting arrangements at any time and request a copy of their website on CD. Any request to re-instate hosting services will be subject to a charge.

Refund of annual hosting fees will not be made in whole or in part if hosting arrangements are terminated by customer.
